Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026. These terms govern your organisation's use of the Ghana Youth App as a member of the Ghana Youth Federation (GYF).
1. Membership
Membership represents a youth organisation, not an individual — the individual who registers acts as a representative on the organisation's behalf. Membership is open to eligible youth organisations under the categories published by GYF, and is granted upon review and approval of a submitted membership application. Approval, rejection, or a request for changes to an application is at GYF's discretion, and membership remains active only while the organisation is in good standing under these terms.
2. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current information at registration and throughout the application process, and to keep your organisation's profile up to date. GYF may suspend accounts or applications found to contain materially false information.
3. Membership fees
Membership on the Ghana Youth App is currently free of charge for all approved organisations — no membership fee or payment is required to register, apply, or maintain active membership. GYF may introduce membership dues in the future; if it does, members will be given advance notice before any payment obligation takes effect.
4. Acceptable use
The B2B Directory, Forum, and Support Ticket features are provided for legitimate business networking and member support. You agree not to use these features to harass other members, post false or misleading business information, or distribute unsolicited commercial content outside GYF's own communications.
5. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify GYF immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Termination
GYF may suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms, submission of materially false information, or at the member's own request.
7. Changes
GYF may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
